Titans strike a 3 year partnership with Tempe Hotel

The Cooks River Titans are proud to announce that the newly renovated Tempe Hotel will be our major sponsor and partner for the next 3 years. 

The Tempe Hotel was in 1856 and extended upwards in the 1890s to be the current two-storey brick building. In 2021 ,the hotel was acquired by the Kospetas run Universal Hotels group in 2021 and they spent the last 2.5 years planning and renovating the historic hotel. 

In December 2023, the hotel had its grand re-opening and the renovations have brought new life and a new vibe to the hotel while still maintaining many of the classical elements and historical feel. 

The pub consists of a central bar servicing the public bar, lounge bar and gaming room, a spruced up beer garden, dining area and large commercial kitchen, and below-ground cellar and storerooms. Upstairs there are 12 accommodation rooms, a manager’s residence and shared amenities.

The hotel is a family friendly venue so whether you want to socialise with friends and family, plan a function, watch sport, listen to live music, play trivia or simply relax and have a cold drink then the Tempe Hotel is the “go-to” place for the Titans. 

The club already holds its committee meetings at the hotel, has held it's last two end of season presentation events for seniors in the beer garden and teams have started gathering there for social get togethers after training or after matches.
